Step 1
Log In and Create Your First Notebook

Go to NotebookLM Enterprise.

Log in using your University Google Account (e.g. AA123456@student.ua.edu.my).

Click on "New Notebook" and name it after your subject (e.g., Hubungan Etnik or Advanced Calculus).
Step 2
Upload Your Sources (The "Brain" of your Notebook)
NotebookLM is only as smart as the info you give it. You can upload up to 300 sources per notebook.

What to upload: Lecture PDFs, Word docs of your notes, or even links to relevant YouTube videos (it will "read" the transcript!).

Pro-Tip for Siswa: Don't just upload textbooks. Upload your Course Outline (Proforma) so the AI knows exactly what will be in your final exam.
Step 3
Ask Your First Question
Once your sources are uploaded, a "Source Guide" will appear. You can now chat with your documents. Try these prompts:

Step 4
The "Magical" Audio Overview (The LRT Hack)
This is the feature every Malaysian student is obsessed with. NotebookLM can turn your boring notes into a Deep Dive Audio conversation (it sounds like a real podcast!).

In the top right, look for Notebook Guide.

Click "Generate" under the Audio Overview section.

Download the file and listen to it while you're on the LRT, RapidKL bus, or driving back to your kampung. It’s the easiest way to revise without looking at a screen.

When NotebookLM gives you an answer, it shows a small number (citation). Click it! It will take you to the exact page in your PDF so you can double-check for your assignment references.
Keep it Organized:
Create one Notebook per subject. Don't mix Biology with Accounting or the AI might get confused about which "Assets" you're talking about!
